Returns
Once your sweet treats have been dispatched, no returns are possible.
Pursuant to articles L221-28 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, "the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts :
4° Supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
5° The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;".
Or, again, "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized".
The products sold by Vegeta'Ly cannot therefore be subject to the right of withdrawal of consumer and non-professional customers.
