Nout is one of the creations in homage to the Country of origin of our creator: made from chocolate from the tropical forests of Lékié (Cameroon), Nout has a beautiful aromatic complexity.

Its attack presents a nice acidity, toasted notes and a slightly spicy woody sweetness which is softened by the crunch of pecan nuts and the sweetness of caramel.
